"Design the cover art that might just inspire Lil Nas X's next single."
The #lilnasxadobecontest prompt was to create art that would inspire Lil nas X's next single. In order to be eligible for the contest, creators had to use any of the Adobe Creative Cloud app to design the cover art and share it with the hashtag #lilnasxadobe and tag @adobegencreate.
my inspiration for this piece was lil nas x riding his icon pink hat around the world and spreading hope with the white butterflies trailing behind him. Since Butterflies symbolize life, endurance, and hope, I hoped to convey this message to his listeners as we are going through hard times around the world.
This was the first time using adobe fresco on the ipad to create the piece. It took me 5-6 days to complete the piece and I used photoshop app to render the art.
